Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15/06/2026
Signum11 ("we", "us") cares about your privacy. This policy describes what personal data we collect about you as a visitor and customer, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is the owner of signum11.com.
1. What data we collect
- Email address — to verify you (one-time code), send receipts and confirmations, and give you access to your analyses.
- First name — used in the analyses and in emails to you.
- Date of birth (and optional birth name) — the basis for the numerological calculation.
- Analysis history — the analyses and add-on modules you order are stored so you can read them again under "My analyses".
- Payment information — Stripe handles all card data. We only store a reference to the transaction, the amount, and the number of credits.
- Technical data — anonymised visitor statistics via Google Analytics (only if you consent to cookies).
2. Why we process the data
- To deliver the numerological analyses you ordered (contract).
- To send confirmation, receipt and notification when the analysis is ready (contract).
- To handle payments and accounting (legal obligation).
- To improve the site through anonymised visitor statistics (consent).
3. How long we keep data
Your analyses and account details are stored until you request deletion. Accounting records (receipts/transactions) are kept for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time under "My analyses".
4. Third-party providers
We share necessary data with the following data processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication (servers within the EU).
- Resend — email delivery (receipts, confirmations).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Anthropic — AI model that generates the analysis text from your numbers.
- Google Analytics — anonymised visitor statistics (only with your consent).
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased ("the right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
You can delete your account and all your data yourself under My analyses, or contact us for help.
6. Cookies
We only use necessary cookies for the site to function (e.g. login). Statistics via Google Analytics are only activated if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing localStorage in your browser.
